TOUR RATES
Rates in tariff are quoted on net basic in US ($) dollar. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
25% of the tour cost as deposit payment must be made on acceptance of the quotation and confirmation.10 days prior to the arrival of the clients, the remaining payment must be settled by bank remittance or telegraphic telex transfer to Myanmar Investment Commercial Bank (M I C B)

Service shall not be provided unless remittance reaches us prior to the arrival of clients.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation shall be effective on the day of written notice is received.
Cancellation fees are as following:-
• 30 ~ 15 days prior to arrival : 10% of Tour Cost
• 14 ~ 3 days prior to arrival : 10% of Tour Cost
• 2 ~1 days prior to arrival : 10% of Tour Cost
• Arrival Day : 50% of Tour Cost
• No Show up : 100% of Tour price
GROUP DISCOUNT
Every 16th member of a group will be given a complimentary, subject to a maximum limit of four persons.
PACKAGE TOUR
Package tour includes meeting, assistance and transfer on arrival and departure, porter for two pieces per person, city sightseeing and excursion, hotel accommodation either on full pension or room and breakfast basis according to the cost.
GUIDE SERVICE
All transfers and sightseeing tours are escorted by our English Speaking tour guides. Other language speaking tour guides are also available and would provide upon request.
TRANSPORTATION
Air, River and Ground transportations will be provides as mentioned in the programme.
AIRPORT TAX
Any passenger departing Myanmar on international flights must pay airport tax of US$10 per person where as domestic flight is needed not to pay.
ENTRANCE FEES
Tariff is inclusive of entrance fees for respective tour sites as mentioned.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation will be provided at the standard hotels with air-con and bathroom attached. Every effort will be made for any alternative arrangement of a similar standard if it is not possible. Tariff is twin sharing based. Single supplement liable if a separate single occupation is needed.
Would like to get understanding that first class accommodation may not always be available in some regional areas.
MEALS
Daily meals will be provided at the hotel. Meals of local flavour dishes will be provided at the standard restaurant especially on tour of highway trip.
BAGGAGE
Two pieces of baggage not exceeding 44 lbs (20kgs) per person is allowed. Any loss or damage to baggage of belonging are not responsible to the company. However, the company will assist for claims.
REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refund in full or in part will be given, after the commencement of the tour, for unused tickets, transportation, sightseeing tours, meals, accommodation and other services either in part or full according to programmed.
INSURANCE
We would like to recommend all clients to buy suitable insurance policy for personal baggage, medical and accident before arrival.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
(1) Aims Travel Company Limited as the agent for the clients providing transportation, hotel, restaurant or other services.
(2) Neither Aims Travel Company Limited nor any person assisting with it is responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularities sustained by clients including those occurred outside the tour programs.
(3) The Company does not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in other services, accident, sickness, weather, strikes, war and other causes of unforeseen circumstances.
(4) Programme, rates and service conditions are valid due to the date of issued tariffs, quotations, invoices etc.
(5) Aims Travel Company Limited reserves the right to add, modify, delete and otherwise change any of the terms, conditions, and benefits and reverse the program in the interest of the clients at anytime, with or without prior notice.
(6) Programme which being launched by Aims Travel Company Limited, terms and conditions are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of Union of Myanmar.
