Business Activities
(A) The Society’s earth-work service is greatly successful because of its modern machineries and skilled operators. The Society concentrate on earth-work services and has accomplished more & more projects in this field.
The majority of the currently successful construction companies have employed Nippo in their construction earth works and Nippo has undertaken many small and big earth-works of the private sector construction projects.
Nippo has also involved in the State’s & Government Departments projects.
They are:
- Ministry of Defence, Construction Projects
- Ministry of Forestry, Myanma Timber Enterprise
- Ministry of Electrical Power Enterprise and
- Ministry of Railway Transportation, Myanmar Railways and
- Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, Myanma Perennial Crops Enterprise.
- Myanmar Singapore Plantation Limited and also has done projects with many foreign companies who have come to invest in Myanmar.
(B) Imports and sales of reconditioned construction machineries, direct from Japan, has been carried out successfully.
(C) Structural Construction works begins in 1996. Nippo has provided construction services for the following companies projects.
- Nippo Myanmar Co., Ltd.
- Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd.
- SPA Management Co., Ltd. (FMI City, Pun Hlaing Golf Estate Project)
- Services International Co., Ltd.
To increase the Structure Construction activities, Nippo has imported Tower Climbing Cranes and Concrete Batching Plants, and has planned to assign these equipments when necessary.
(D) Earth-works have been undertaken by contract system. Many Foundation Works, Excavating, Back Fill and Road Works are also contracted and successfully accomplished by Nippo.
